Safeguarding

Safeguarding at Our School

At our school, safeguarding is at the heart of everything we do. We believe that every child has the right to feel safe, happy, and protected, and we are fully committed to creating an environment where all pupils can thrive.

To support this, we have a comprehensive Safeguarding and Child Protection Policy that outlines how we keep children safe and how we respond to any concerns. All staff receive regular training so they understand their responsibilities and can act swiftly and appropriately when needed.

We have a dedicated Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL), Mrs Warren, and three Deputy Designated Safeguarding Leads (DDSLs), Mrs Lowe, Mrs Mckeown and Mrs Linforth, who oversee all safeguarding matters across the school. They are always available to offer guidance, listen to concerns, and take action where necessary.

If you ever have a concern about a child’s safety or wellbeing, please do not hesitate to contact us:

Together, we can ensure that every child in our school feels supported, valued, and safe.
